BuyEssayFriend provides customers with a number of refund options. Please be aware that only the original payer can get a refund. To receive a refund, the points below should be strictly observed and followed.
Before you approve the final version of the paper delivered to you, you have the right to request the following types of refunds:
100% Money back
- It is guaranteed that you will receive a full refund if a payment mistake occurred. For instance, if you made a double payment or paid for identical orders.
- A full refund can only be received if the writer hasn’t started the work on the order.
- You will get a full refund if there was no suitable writer found to complete your order. If this happens, our Customer Support team will contact you and initiate a refund as soon as possible.
- If the writer has missed the deadline specified by you and the paper is no longer needed, you will get a full refund. However, a completed paper won’t be sent to you.
70% Money back
- You have the right to cancel the order after a writer was assigned to complete it and less than 50% of the deadline has passed. We are obliged to pay the writer for the work he/she has already done, therefore you will only receive 70% refund.
50% Money back
- In case your paper requires a revision, but we cannot provide you with an appropriate writer to work on it.
When you request a revision, it means that you approve the order and need some minor changes to be done to the completed piece of work. Please be aware that if you request a revision at least once, then a 100% refund is no longer possible.
In case the writer is late with a revision, your refund will be calculated individually. We have a Customer Experience Management group to evaluate the situation and decide the amount of money you will get back. However, this sum cannot exceed 50% of the initial payment.
Cases when no refund can be provided
- If you use your Credit Balance to pay for the paper, we cannot provide you with a refund.
- If the initial instructions were followed by the writer and our Quality Assurance Department acknowledges this fact, no refund will be provided.
- If you didn’t adhere to the Terms of Use of our Service, when placing your order, we will not provide you with a refund.
- Once you have already approved your order by clicking the “Approve” button after delivery, you have automatically agreed that the paper satisfies your needs, therefore you will not get a refund in such a case.
- Buy essay friend doesn’t provide a refund for Multiple Choice Questions and Problem Solving orders. If you use the answers delivered by the writer, it means that you approve the composed order. If the provided answers are 50% (or less) correct, you will get a partial refund. The sum of the refund is decided by the Customer Experience Management group in every individual case.
Cooling-Off Refund Period
BuyEssayFriend will accept your order cancellation made at any time for any reason for up to 14 (fourteen) days starting from the day your order was placed. This time is called a Cooling-Off Refund Period and once it expires, you will not have an opportunity to request a refund.
At the same time, you can ask for a refund by contacting our Support Team via email [email protected] at any time you feel so. Make sure to send your request to receive a refund within the eligibility limits of the Refund Period and meet the cancellation deadline.
Before the Cooling-Off Period expires, you can receive a 100% refund in case your writer hasn’t started working on the order.
If the writer had already started writing your paper before the Refund Period expired and before you contacted us, you will only get a part of the initial payment back.
The refund is executed within 14 (fourteen) days after the day you request it. The refund is made in the same way you made a payment.
