To make this vegan spinach dip, which tastes perfectly with crackers, chips, and pitta bread, you will need to buy spinach, cashews, avocados, melon.

To be more specific, take:

  • 2 cups Spinach
  • 1 1/2 cups Cashews
  • 2 ripe Avocados
  • 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsps Coconut Aminos
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • Salt (to taste)

If you do not have Coconut Aminos, you can substitute it with soy sauce.

Cooking Has Never Been Easier

One more essential thing you will need is a good blender to mix all the ingredients, so make sure you have one. Otherwise, you will not be able to make it as creamy as it should be.

Instructions:

  • Wash spinach and avocados;
  • Squeeze the juice of one lemon;
  • Peel and chop avocados;
  • Mix avocado, spinach, cashews in a blender;
  • Add lemon juice, vinegar, salt, Coconut Aminos;
  • Turn the blender and mix all ingredients on high speed;
  • Keep blending until all ingredients are mixed well and the desired consistency is reached.
  • Turn the machine off and serve with your favourite snacks.

Additional Notes and Directions

This raw vegan spinach snack can be stored in a refrigerator for up to 7 days. Use a container to keep it fresh.

What is more, this snack can be frozen. It will taste as good after been unfrozen, but the texture may get a little softer.
